
Banking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer calls related to banking services, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, including transactions and card-related matters.
- Update customer information in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate complex customer issues and escalate them to internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain high call quality, adhere to Average Handling Time (AHT) targets, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for effective communication.
- Degree holders or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Freshers with strong speaking skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary for daily tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts is required.
