Exciting Opportunity as Claims Analyst

• We are seeking an accomplished Claims Analyst to handle demurrage & post-fixture claims with expertise and analytical skills.
• Your role will involve liaising with client teams, vessel agents to gather necessary information.
• You will be responsible for ensuring accurate interpretation of contract clauses & evaluating claims based on same.
• Provide analytical insights on claims, track time-bars & voyage completions to ensure timely submissions.

• Manage demurrage & post-fixture claims effectively.
• Liaise with clients, vessels, agents to obtain required information.
• Evaluate claims based on accurate interpretation of contract clauses.
• Analyse claims data to provide valuable insights.
• Track deadlines and submit claims on time.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sailing background preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience handling claims, mainly for product tankers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
