AI Systems Developer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer with expertise in machine learning to collaborate in designing, building, and scaling production-ready AI systems.

This combines strong software engineering fundamentals with applied machine learning expertise. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining backend architecture, implementing machine learning algorithms, and ensuring efficient performance.

The role involves working with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) to design cost-efficient, high-availability ML pipelines and scalable cloud-supported backend solutions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for implementing ML lifecycle workflows — from experiment tracking (MLflow/Kubeflow/DVC) to orchestration (Airflow/Prefect).

Bachelor's / Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in backend development, focusing on building scalable, distributed systems. Strong programming languages include MERN, Python, Golang, and Java. Databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL/MongoDB are also essential. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and versioning/collaboration tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab is necessary.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure AI is a plus. Experience with code reviews, unit testing, and DevOps practices is also desirable.
