About the Role

We seek a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to lead our security operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of information security risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will design, execute, and report on audits for clients, ensuring compliance with international security standards. They will also evaluate policies, procedures, and controls against ISO 27001 requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommending corrective actions.

In this critical role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements, while staying updated with evolving information security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Planning: Plan, lead, and conduct audits for clients to ensure compliance with international security standards.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate policies, procedures, and controls against ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Gap Identification: Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with evolving information security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
  • Certification: Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (mandatory).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in conducting ISO 27001 audits and assessments.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of information security risk management, controls, and governance frameworks, excellent understanding of ISMS documentation, implementation, and continual improvement.
