About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Systems Analyst to join our team at System Soft Technologies. As a key member of our engineering staff, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating information technology systems operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze user needs and requirements, and develop recommendations for system improvements.
- Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, document, report, and track system issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
- Support the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis and evaluation.
- Proven experience with Windows workstation vulnerability remediation, SCCM, and PowerShell.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with 20k+ end user workstations.
Nice to Have Skills
- Power BI

- ServiceNow CMBD reporting
