About the Job

We are seeking an experienced CSV Specialist to join our team. As a CSV Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and compliance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Protocol Development and Maintenance: Create and update Computer System Validation protocols and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CSV documentation.
  • Tech Documentation and Writing: Develop and update user manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation related to CSV processes.
  • CSV Activity Execution: Conduct risk assessments, validation testing, and documentation review for CSV activities.
  • Audit and Inspection Support: Provide relevant CSV documentation and participate in audit response efforts.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure company practices remain aligned with current industry regulations and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Educate internal teams and stakeholders on CSV processes and documentation expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance CSV processes and document efficiency through continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CSV development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CSV software and tools.
