Job Title: Production Operations Manager

The role of the Production Operations Manager is to oversee and manage all production activities within the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations, including manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production
  • Manage SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line production to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute material planning, achieve maximum production potential targets
  • Identify and resolve daily production challenges through effective processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams in SIM-3 and SIM-5 initiatives alongside department heads from multiple departments
  • Facilitate productive production meetings to address concerns and ensure alignment
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing inter-departments, driving continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement Key Enhancement (KE) projects and process improvements
  • Manage ECO documentation and implementation control, ensuring compliance
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing procedures, optimizing business processes
  • Monitor and control non-quality costs using corrective measures, minimizing waste
  • Take proactive corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints and drive customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain Supply Planning Systems (SPS), ensuring accurate forecasting and demand planning
  • Drive ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement manpower planning strategies for the plant, promoting multi-skilling and upskilling of the workforce
