Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead project execution from inception to completion, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be proactive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

The successful candidate will develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents, as well as coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in software development, construction, healthcare, etc.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
