**Job Title:** Frontend Technical Lead

About the Role:

Talent Nexa Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development of our web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native.

About You:

We are looking for a talented and experienced frontend developer who is passionate about crafting cutting-edge web and mobile applications. You should have a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management techniques, as well as experience with web performance optimization and frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-performance web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and Backend, to define, design, and implement new features.
  3. Create and integrate advanced JavaScript/TypeScript solutions to ensure seamless UI/UX experiences.
  4. Enhance application performance for fast load times, responsiveness, and smooth animations across different browsers and platforms.
  5. Lead and manage frontend development projects end-to-end, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  6. Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous requests.
  7. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure robust test coverage using Jest and React Testing Library.
  8. Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and best practices, advocating for accessibility and responsive design.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React JS and/or React Native.
  2. Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management techniques (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  3. Proven expertise in web performance optimization, ensuring applications are fast and responsive.
  4. Hands-on experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems like Git.
  5. Strong understanding of unit/integration testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
  6. Ability to lead complex, end-to-end frontend development projects with a focus on code scalability and quality.
  7. Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests.
  8. Proficiency in creating smooth animations and enhancing frontend performance.
  9. Strong focus on accessibility best practices to deliver inclusive user experiences.
  10. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
