Job Title: Sales Manager Sourcing
Job Overview:- Maintain active relationships with defined partners to ensure asset usage and business updates.
- Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
- Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including RWAs, societies, clubs, and informal professional hubs across various regions.
- Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers, RWA presidents, local bureaucrats, and club administrators.
- Plan and execute community-led activations to generate verified walk-ins.
- Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to understand pricing sensitivity and messaging resonance.
- Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets as defined by the sales leadership.
- Execute daily beat plans across defined zones and clusters.
- Organize and lead weekly partner engagement sessions using updated project kits and standard presentations.
- Track partner-wise walk-in volumes and recommend reactivation or substitution strategies.
- Stay abreast of competitive market activity and pricing trends.
- P0, P1, and Breadth CP engagement – Activation, training, and continuity.
- Expansion of referral ecosystems.
- Influencer and local referral network cultivation.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales.
- Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.
- Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior and sourcing dynamics.
- High execution ownership with a target-driven mindset.
