Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of privacy solutions to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Your expertise in assessing clients' operations and systems will help identify gaps in DPDP compliance and create an implementation plan to address these gaps.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Evaluating and assessing clients' operations and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Creating an implementation plan to use our consent infrastructure and allied tools to solve identified gaps.
  3. Identifying correct processes and systems where consent, third-party management, incident management, and data subject rights can be implemented.
  4. Working closely with CISOs, DPOs, compliance teams, and digital operations teams to frame client requirements.
  5. Demonstrating expertise in various standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, and ISO 27701.
  6. Providing practical guidance and support to clients in adhering to national and international data protection regimes and privacy laws.
  7. Conducting thorough audits of privacy controls to monitor effectiveness and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the privacy field.
  • Good understanding of DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws.
  • Experience working with implementing privacy solutions like One Trust, Big Id, and others in a large enterprise.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and practical approach to compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of fundamentals of information security systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, and ISO 27701.
