Job Role: Senior Account Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Account Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Account Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving disputed account issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve disputed account issues through thorough investigation and analysis.
  • Determine the appropriate dispute classification from listed types and take corrective action.
  • Prepare correspondence (letters, emails) and follow up with investigation via email or fax.
  • Electronically file all documentation according to policy and procedure.
  • Obtain account information and account verification from sellers of accounts.
Requirements
  • Good English comprehension skills.
  • Brief understanding of credit card statements.
  • Eye for detail.
