Visual Designer Role

This position involves the creation of impactful visuals for educational content across various platforms, requiring a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and storytelling principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that maximize click-through rate (CTR).
    • Develop engaging graphics for in-app banners, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals and campaign needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visual/graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory. Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails is a strong advantage.
