Job Title: Adult Vaccine Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Adult Vaccine Specialist to join our team at ScaleneWorks. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-end healthcare professionals as vaccinators, expanding the width and depth of such accounts, and establishing an end-to-end vaccination ecosystem for HCP practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable team members on therapy knowledge and vaccinology, including Shingles.
  • Educate HCPs about the significant role of vaccines in protecting patients and their families.
  • Explain the commercial benefits of vaccines and how they can help build an HCP practice.
  • Support HCPs with relevant marketing material, patient outreach programs, and customized marketing messages.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles, sales records, and analyze data to ensure accurate forecasting and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Engage local leadership of premium diagnostic, pharmacy, and corporate hospital chains to establish vaccination clinics for walk-in patients/consumers.

Requirements:

  • Existing network with high-end dermatologists, consulting physicians, and rheumatologists in focus markets.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in launching new innovative therapies.
  • Excellent selling skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong scientific orientation.
