AWS Cloud Engineer Role

As a seasoned cloud professional, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures. Your expertise in AWS technologies will drive optimal performance and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure according to best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC to meet business needs.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Implement security measures and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), VPC security, and data protection to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with development teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment workflows and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct cloud cost analysis and optimization to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field, with a focus on AWS technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services and features, including but not limited to EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages for automation tasks, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and practices to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
