About Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will oversee book closure, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance across multiple locations. They will work closely with the finance team and department heads to drive sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book Closure: Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, receivables, and payables, to ensure consistency.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
  • Taxation: Manage and optimize tax planning and compliance, including income tax, GST, and other relevant taxes across locations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • CA with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in Big4 / Fast-paced SAAS startup is mandatory
  • Exposure to Zoho is preferred
  • Excellent Written and Communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office
