Job Title: Customizable AI Solutions Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customizable AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy Custom OCR Models: Utilize Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract to create custom OCR models that cater to various industries and document types.
  • Automate Document Classification: Develop efficient pipelines to classify and extract data from structured/unstructured inputs such as PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.
  • Build Multilingual OCR Workflows: Integrate Azure Translator and apply NLP insights using AWS Comprehend to develop multilingual OCR workflows.
  • Develop GenAI-Powered Solutions: Leverage AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI to create semantic understanding, summarization, and contextual search solutions for documents.
  • Implement Scalable Pipelines: Use Python, Java, or .NET to optimize scalable pipelines for OCR output post-processing (JSON/CSV).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of Experience: In OCR technologies, intelligent document processing, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Azure and AWS Expertise: Strong expertise in Azure AI Services (Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI) and AWS AI/ML stack (Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock).
  • Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET with hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cloud environments.
  • Document Layout Analysis: Deep knowledge of document layout analysis (tables, forms, key-value pairs).
  • NLP Tools and APIs: Experience with NLP tools, translation APIs, and GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domain workflows (preferred).
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git (advantage).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (client-facing role).
