Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage turnkey retail interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.

  • Project Management: Ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
