English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced English communication & soft skills trainer to fill this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a proven track record of delivering high-impact training sessions.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging English communication and soft-skills training programs for students aged 12–18.
  • Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and provide actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate with our academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum and camps.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring to students who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dynamic lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Run interactive workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Use child-sensitive pedagogy and knowledge of adolescent psychology to connect with students effectively.
What Success Looks Like
  • Improved student participation in class discussions and presentations.
  • Enhanced student performance in interview simulations and external assessments.
  • Positive parent feedback and demonstrable progress documented through assessments and portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong coaching ability and experience working with teenagers.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
  • Additional certifications in TESOL/TEFL/ELT or adolescent counselling/child psychology are highly desirable.
