Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to craft visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our office in Bangalore, and involves creating engaging content across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
