ISO Compliance Expert

 

  • Develop and execute ISO compliance strategies from inception to successful certification.
  • Conduct thorough gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Craft high-quality, audit-ready documentation tailored to meet client needs.
  • Guide clients through the process of addressing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to drive strategy, timelines, and project execution.
  • Promote cross-industry expertise, from recycling to technology, allowing for hands-on experience in various sectors.
  • Ensure projects are organized, client-friendly, and audit-proof, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Provide dedicated support during audits and post-audit corrective actions, ensuring continued compliance.
  • Manage client compliance calendars to maintain timely progress and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or related field.
  • Proven credentials as an ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance implementation.
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards can be advantageous.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling reports, SOPs, and client communications.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software.
