Dynamic Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to implement and configure D365 Financials solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to analyze and document functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and requirements to design scalable solutions in D365 Financials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and participate in implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in a similar industry.
- Strong expertise in key areas: Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Control.
- Experience in business process mapping, solution design, and documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
