  • Effectively organize and track pre-placement training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Compile content for social media updates, enhancing our online presence.
  • Process mementos and honorarium for mock GDPI experts and alumni involved in placement preparation, demonstrating appreciation for their contributions.
  • Maintain student-related records securely, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Keep Google Drives updated with necessary documents and student details, promoting streamlined collaboration.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Placement Manager, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Social media handling experience is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a placement or career services department is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with student engagement tools and databases is preferred.
