What We're Looking For

As a Senior Mobile Engineer at Tide, you will be working on designing, creating, and running the rich product catalogue in one of our Business Areas (e.g., Payments Service, Business Service). Our long-term roadmap offers endless opportunities to tackle interesting problems and take ownership of engineering practices in a rapidly expanding company.

This role provides an exceptional chance to make a real difference by shaping the future of our Global One Platform. You'll work in small autonomous teams, grouped under common domains owning the micro-frontends that make Tide a great application. We trust and empower our engineers to make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and drive innovation.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will learn and share knowledge with our engineers on new things often, as we believe in experimentation, T-shaped engineering, and collaborative learning for career growth.
  • You will work on our new and existing products for our Business Areas, tackling exciting challenges and solving complex problems.
  • You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leveraging your experience connecting with less experienced engineers, collaborating, and cheering together.
  • You will join one of our expanding multi-disciplinary agile teams, working closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and other business members to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
  • You will participate in our Flutter Community of Practices and contribute to improving processes and maintaining high-quality standards across the team.

Requirements
  • Experience working with Flutter as a Software Engineer.
  • Familiarity with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and its lifecycle.
  • Passion for building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams.
  • A passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code.
  • Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps that successfully shipped to customers.
