Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist with 7–10 years of experience in integration development and deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will serve as the lead technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions across various applications.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions using OIC.
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Development
  • Develop complex integration solutions using OIC's advanced features and adapters.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.
Optimization & Re-engineering
  • Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Leverage OIC's orchestration patterns and error-handling frameworks.
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship and enforcing best practices.
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7–10 years in integration development, with strong focus on OIC.
  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating multiple cloud modules with third-party systems.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
