Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional in application development, this role involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications to meet business objectives and requirements.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business goals, and ensuring optimal performance and usability of applications.

A typical day will involve engaging in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications, and staying abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in application development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expected to possess expertise as an SME.
  • Lead team management to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Make key decisions for the team.
  • Engage with multiple teams to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.
  • Experience working on custom IDOC creation.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Technical Expertise:

This role requires a deep understanding of application development concepts, including but not limited to: application lifecycle management, performance tuning, and optimization of ABAP programs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SAP ABAP Development and have experience working on custom IDOC creation.
