Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• Relevant experience of 2–4 years.
• Strong proficiency in Python with excellent coding and debugging skills.
• Experience with Big Data and Relational Database Management Systems.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, problem-solving, architecture, and design patterns.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with focus, discipline, and minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial markets.
