About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable applications using best practices for Java, Spring Boot, and AWS-based systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Define and maintain architectural standards for microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Develop proof of concepts and reference architectures for critical initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native designs.
  • Mentor developers and review code/design for adherence to architectural principles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer in large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Proficiency in database design and caching strategies.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and system integration.
