EDI Professional

We are seeking a skilled EDI professional to join our team. As an EDI professional, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and maintenance of our eSolutions function and EDI capabilities.

The successful candidate will oversee the set up, maintenance, and configuration of partner integrations, ensuring optimal performance through routine system monitoring and implementing EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • EDI System Management and Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of EDI systems through routine system monitoring and implementing EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements.
  • Projects and Implementation: Participate and lead EDI implementation initiatives and projects, working closely with SAP teams and EDI providers, 3PL, and other EDI stakeholders.
  • Data Mapping and Transaction Handling: Develop and maintain data maps and transaction sets, analyze and transform data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support, trouble shooting, and incident handling, train internal teams in processes and systems, enhance team's abilities to resolve EDI issues independently.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML) and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
  • Problem Solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Demonstrated customer focus with ability to meet project timelines.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environment.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI solutions, including working with warehouse and logistics transactions.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
