**Job Title:** Community Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Community Outreach Specialist will play a vital role in fostering relationships with local communities to expand our candidate network. This dynamic individual will leverage their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to identify and engage potential candidates through various outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend community events such as festivals, parades, and sporting events to connect with potential candidates.
  • Develop relationships that can aid in the development of a network of resources to help expand the candidate flow.
  • Remain active on social media forums and employ other creative methods to reach potential candidates.
  • Lead and organize local and industry job fairs, as well as career fairs and events at local high school, college, and university campuses.
  • Effectively source qualified job candidates via computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct door-to-door mobilization on a daily basis and perform home visits of trainees whenever required.
  • Foster community mobilization through various methods like putting up stalls, announcements, community drives, meeting with influencers, and engaging with community people at parks.
  • Conduct surveys and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of networking online and offline.
  • Able to build strong relationships with prospects.
