We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle patient inquiries and appointments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems efficiently.
A strong understanding of hospital services, doctors' availability, and MS Office is essential for success in this position.
Graduates or undergraduates with proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, English are preferred. Prior experience in hospital telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
Beyond technical skills, we value a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability
- Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams for smooth patient experience
- Ensure professional, empathetic, and courteous communication at all times
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems
- Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, English
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling preferred but not mandatory
