Software Developer Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and a strong understanding of database management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later versions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring high levels of performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure software quality.
  • Work closely with data engineers to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Ctrl-M.
  • Provide expert-level support for software-related issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later versions.
  • Strong expertise in database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
  • Proficiency in Unix scripts, commands, and file handling.
  • BASIC knowledge of Python programming language.
  • Experience with IICS/IDMC and CAI (if applicable).
  • Strong understanding of AWS/Azure Data Engineering Stack, including Glue, ADF, S3, and ADF.
  • Knowledge of code deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
