Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our Communications Team. As an Illustrator, you will conceptualize and create visually compelling illustrations to support various political campaigns and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative illustrations that effectively communicate key messages and campaign themes.
  • Brainstorm and translate ideas into engaging visual concepts.
  • Create high-quality sketches, storyboards, and final illustrations as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop graphics that align with campaign strategies.
  • Adapt concepts and make necessary revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand and campaign guidelines.
  • Work within time and budget constraints while delivering high-quality outputs.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong creative and imaginative skills with an eye for color, balance, and layout.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the relevant domain.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Sketch, and Sketchbook.
  • Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic functional knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office.

Benefits and Contract Details

  • Junior Roles: 6 months contract duration.
  • Senior Roles: 11 months contract duration.
  • Candidates must bring their own laptops.
