Strategic Accounting Director

We seek an exceptional Director to lead our accounting team. This individual will possess a deep understanding of the business landscape and market trends, enabling them to forge strong partnerships across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Exceptional expertise in financial processes and procedures
  2. Outstanding leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver high-quality results
  3. CA/CMA qualification with 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in senior management roles

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership
  • Assisting with drafting and implementing financial policies and training as part of transition efforts
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with finance leadership
  • Identifying and managing training and upskilling of local team members

This role requires a strong communicator who can articulate material risks and opportunities and take an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans.
