Financial Systems Specialist

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems and be able to drive business value through effective implementation and optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Debugging system behavior and providing clear explanations to stakeholders.
  • Performing fit/gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining custom reports to meet organizational needs.
  • Creating interfaces between Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Providing requirements to third-party applications.
  • Designing and implementing ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
  • Ensuring timely and effective project reporting.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong technical expertise in financial systems and software development.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Oracle General Ledger and related modules.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
