About Your Role
You will be responsible for providing in-depth research support to credit analysts on assigned sectors, including sector initiations and ongoing coverage. You will build detailed financial models with business drivers, incorporating M&A transactions and valuation analysis. Additionally, you will conduct studies on sector trends, regulatory changes, emerging themes, and company analysis. You will also provide need-based analysis on unassigned credits and quality data and analysis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive research support to credit analysts
- Build detailed financial models with business drivers
- Conduct studies on sector trends, regulatory changes, emerging themes, and company analysis
- Provide need-based analysis on unassigned credits
- Provide quality data and analysis on ESG

Experience and Qualifications Required
- 3 to 6 years of experience in investment research
- Good understanding of capital markets with excellent financial skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, and valuation concepts
- Prior experience with Asia, Europe, US, or Global markets preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving skills with a logical thought process
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Diligence and hard work
- Database skills (Bloomberg, MSCI, Cognitive Credit)
- Excellent relationship management and strong communication and presentation skills
- MBA or Masters in Finance from a prominent institute or CA/CFA charter or progress towards any level of CFA preferred
