Software Quality Assurance Professional

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products.
- Develop and lead the testing process, resources, programming, projects, and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop departmental policies and standard operating procedures to effectively execute software quality assurance principles and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 2-7 years of related work experience in software QA.
- Experience in security testing is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing product design documentation to ensure requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Assisting in generating use cases to capture functional requirements during the product design phase.
- Consulting with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS and general database concepts.
