About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to solution frontend for our innovative Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.

As a member of our UI team, you will:

  • Drive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and act as the primary point of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area.
  • Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organization.
  • Implement features based on product requirements and UX designs.
  • Ensure implemented components are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product.
  • Build responsive, elegant, and engaging experiences with future-friendly web and mobile technologies.
  • Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to improve usability.
  • Implement product features in various applications, including single-page apps, web apps, and browser extensions.
  • Implement efficient and scalable design and code.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain web applications that support/allow different front-end frameworks to co-exist.
What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BE/BTech/MCA with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (Reactjs / Vue.js / Angular).
  • Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON.
  • Detailed experience with coding and troubleshooting and analyzing web applications using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages.
  • Expert knowledge of browser and device differences/limitations.
  • Understanding of Accessibility, Internationalization (i18n) requirements for the website.
  • Experience in REST API integration and debugging.
  • Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building custom UI widgets (good to have).
  • Knowledge of Figma (good to have).

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
