Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Leadership: Lead the development of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Product Development & Innovation: Drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide high-performing teams.
  • Platform & Data Integration: Integrate platforms and data systems.
  • Security, Scalability, and Infrastructure: Ensure the security, scalability, and infrastructure of our systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with 3+ years in a leadership role at a product or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), API integration (Meta/Google), and modern tech stacks.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing.
  • Startup mindset: comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
