Visual Merchandising Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product knowledge in a fashionable and commercial context, including materials, fabrics, and styles. They should be familiar with the stock in the store, incoming new products, trends, and competitors' markets, providing regular communication and feedback to the product department.

  • Product Knowledge: The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of fashion and commercial contexts, including materials, fabrics, and styles.
  • Stock Management: They should be familiar with the stock in the store, incoming new products, trends, and competitors' markets.

In addition to product knowledge, the candidate will provide excellent customer service by being acquainted with and applying company customer service methods, meeting specific customer needs, and managing team performance.

  • Customer Service: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, being able to effectively communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: They should be able to motivate and develop their team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will also possess strong visual merchandising skills, implementing and improvising visual merchandising standards to improve product display and store image, analyzing and displaying products in accordance with pictures sent from head office, and managing furniture for store displays.

  • Visual Merchandising: The candidate should be skilled in creating visually appealing product displays, improving store image, and enhancing overall shopping experience.

Other responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and contributing to loss prevention efforts.

  • Inventory Management: The candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation.
  • Loss Prevention: They should be proactive in identifying and addressing potential security risks, minimizing losses and protecting company assets.
