Visual Branding Specialist

As a Creative Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring our brand to life across various channels.
Your daily tasks will involve creating engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and content. This includes designing assets for social media, sales collateral, landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies.
- You will be responsible for developing sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that effectively communicate our messaging to prospects.
- Elevating long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually appealing formats is also part of your job.
- In collaboration with the marketing team, you will design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements using tools like Figma.
- Maintaining brand consistency and contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines are essential aspects of this role.
- You will handle quick-turn requests from the marketing team, such as social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, and templates, while bringing new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.

To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A strong background in graphic design, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- A solid understanding of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and web.
- Comfort working with open-ended briefs and transforming vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
- A high-performing mindset, enabling you to deliver fast without compromising quality.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components can be an added advantage.
