Job Title: Financial Management SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Management Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Manage Budgets and Forecasts: Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Oversee Daily Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Monitor and Control Inventory Accounting: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Prepare and Review Financial Statements: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support Audits: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Liaise with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting and to ensure seamless communication.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong Knowledge of Budgeting: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management is required.
  • Experience in Banking Operations: Experience in banking operations and export transactions is essential.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance is necessary.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
