Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stress Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying finite element models (FEM) for primary and secondary structures, as well as developing analytical calculations for joints, lugs, and sections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify FEM models for metallic and composite structures using GFEM/DFEM
  • Develop analytical calculations for joints, lugs, and sections
  • Modify ISAMI files for aerostructures sizing
  • Plan and interface with French teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working with aircraft manufacturers, preferably Airbus, Bombardier, or Dassault. They should also be trained in ISAMI static modulus and have knowledge of tools such as HYPERMESH, NASTRAN, EXCEL, and PYTHON.

  • ISAMI: experienced user
  • HYPERMESH: proficient user
  • NASTRAN: advanced user
  • EXCEL: expert user
  • PYTHON: knowledge of programming principles is a plus
