About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team at SMARTWORK IT SERVICES. As an expert in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze HR processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, leveraging your expertise in workflow optimization and process automation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide exceptional support and training to end-users, fostering a smooth adoption of HCM solutions and driving user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle HCM product updates and best practices, providing strategic recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Data Integration / Interface Development and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Report Writing/Data Extracts and expertise with Web Services and Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as well as Oracle Cloud SaaS Security.
  • Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Transactional Business Intelligence).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
