About You:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ and preferably exposure to Epicor CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Implementing Salesforce Integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules, Integration patterns and design patterns.
  • Well-versed in no-code/low-code tools such as custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce change management and deployments (Visual Studio Code, GitHub version control, ANT, Change sets).
  • Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce developers in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Experience with working on customization of (Javascript quote Calculator plugin).
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
