Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the print environment. This includes troubleshooting issues, patching activities on print servers, and validating configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot print services on the server
  • Patching activities on print servers and validations
  • Lead vendor calls
  • Health checks, weekly highlights, monthly reports
  • Handle priority 1 and 2 tickets and manage incident reports
  • Create and review standard operating procedures
  • Monitor and manage enterprise print services using OMPlus and LRS VPSX for print job routing, auditing, and failover
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with OMPlus for centralized job control and monitoring
  • Knowledge of LRS VPSX for output management and delivery
  • HP Web Jetadmin skills for device discovery, configuration, and firmware updates
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user print issues, including print errors, print queue issues, new printer requests, and connectivity problems
  • Management of print drivers and firmware upgrades
  • Operating system knowledge (Windows Server/Unix server)
