Inside Sales Development Manager

As a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager Inside Sales, you will contribute to our sales growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and driving revenue through inside sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct account research and position the platform appropriately as part of the initial outreach to prospects. Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers.
About You
- You have a masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- You have 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- You have experience in generating enterprise deals in the European and US markets.
