About Our Organization

  • You should have experience working at a rapidly growing startup, preferably on a Product-Led Growth (PLG) product.
  • You enjoy working in-person and prefer high-energy environments.
  • You take ownership of your deliverables and can work with some ambiguity.
  • You are optimistic about AI and familiar with the new GenAI toolset.

Your role will involve:

  • Designing reusable front-end systems for complex web applications.
  • Managing project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborating with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentoring teammates and setting high technical standards.
  • If you have experience with voice applications, it's a significant plus.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a software developer with ReactJS, ES6+, and TypeScript proficiency.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills and experience with user-facing software.
  • Solid web design sensibility.
  • Understanding of web stack, protocols, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
