We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a User Experience (UX) Designer, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with hybrid work opportunities allowing some work from home. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, employing design thinking to solve complex problems, creating visual designs, and developing interactive prototypes. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure that our app meets the needs of its users efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in User Research and applying Design Thinking principles, proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) methodologies, ability to create interactive Prototyping, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and knowledge of industry-specific requirements in environmental and construction industries is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Experience in User Research and applying Design Thinking principles
  • Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) methodologies
  • Ability to create interactive Prototyping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of industry-specific requirements in environmental and construction industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
