Expert Performance Strategist

We are seeking a skilled performance strategist to lead our team in executing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategies across Meta and Google platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and launch paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to create high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend, and cost per link click.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
